Immigration physicals (I-693 exams)
We provide USCIS-required immigration physicals (Form I-693) for individuals applying for U.S. permanent residency. During this visit, we review your medical history and vaccination records, perform a physical exam and any required tests, and complete and seal the I-693 form according to official guidelines—helping make this part of your immigration process as smooth and efficient as possible.

We review your medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and goals, then create a personalized plan that may include nutrition guidance, activity recommendations, and medical support when appropriate—all designed to improve your overall health, not just the number on

School physicals for all ages
A school physical is a preventive health visit that confirms a student is healthy enough to participate in school activities and, when needed, organized sports. During this visit, we:
-Review the student’s medical history and any ongoing conditions
-Check growth, development, and overall health
-Identify any concerns that might need monitoring or treatment
-Complete and sign the required school or sports forms
These exams are often needed for new school enrollment, grade-level transitions, sports teams, band, cheer, and certain technical or college programs.
